2008 Registration Forms

Registration forms are are avaliable at the town office.  Please be sure to have form complete with payment into us by May 30 to recieve the $25.00 fee.  Any registrations submitted after May 30 will be $40.00.  No registrations will be accepted after 4pm on June 6th.

On-line registration is not avaliable!

COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORMS ALONG WITH FEE MUST BE FILLED OUT AND MAILED TO:

or Drop off at the Blackfalds Town Office.

Please DO NOT drop of registration forms anywhere other then mentioned above. We will not be responsible for lost or misplaced entries.
